Definitely excited about the power of suction on this model, however extremely disappointed with the flat head. Without a 'regular' roller on the head, it doesn't easily pick up hair/lint/crumbs and I think it makes for hard work moving around as it is sucked hard to the carpet.
The rest of the design is great - no comments or complaints!
Wishing that the model came with the roller head and the flat one was the accessory, but not too bothered. Only another £40 and this will be the vacuum cleaner that I wanted! |

Great product!!!! Only thing I can fault it on is the cord/cable 'retraction' - it's slow but I can live with it :)
I don't think I'll buy anything but a Dyson from now on. |

| This hoover was purchased for my dad.. I do wish I had one. It is so easy to use and light to carry around the house. Hopefully my hoover will need replacing in the near future |

| It's a vacuum cleaner. It does what it's meant to do. All the bits seem to work well and it is easy to use. Other reviewers have said that the flat head doesn't work on carpets and that you have to buy the turbo gadget to use on them. I have found the Dyson to work fine on my floors but then I don't have deep pile carpets so it is no problem. |

This machine used in conjunction with a turbo brush is superb for de-hairing my house!!! Three Cocker Spaniels make some amount of hair. On-board tool storage much better than my old Dyson. Still a LOUD machine though.
