I've had this about a month and am very pleased with it so far. It picks up really well, especially with the pet hair attachment fitted - we use that one all the time. I didn't think they made much difference so when this arrived I did the carpets with the ordinary head then with the pet hair one emptying the cleaner each time and the difference was amazing. What I really like is the little clip open slot on the bottom of the pet hair head that you can reach anything that's got stuck through. What annoys me is the tools on the tube keep falling off their holder. That's the only thing that annoys me though. I think it's a great little cleaner for the money.
