I have bought this vacuum cleaner about 8 months ago.
From the first day I used I thought that it was making funny noises when starting up until it was "warmed up" in which case it was more "stable".
As a vacuum cleaner it was ok (or at least I thought it was) and it seem to clean reasonably well.
One good day I plugged it in and started it to do some cleaning and after making a funny "popping sound" smoke emerged from the back side of it, and that was the last time it worked.

I have since sent it back to Amazon who were happy to give me a full refund and I have replaced it with a Dyson vacuum cleaner.
I could not be happier. It was more expensive but worth every penny as far as I am concerned given that it also offers you a 5!!! year warranty.

I purchased this cleaner from amazon last year. I have a dog and three cats and this is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. On hard floors it would pick up using the uplhoslery attachment but everywhere else it was useles, do yourself a favour and save up for a Dyson. The laughable turbo brush broke after two uses. I would give it away but I am too embarrased. I had to give it one star otherwise my review would not be added but I really wanted to give it none at all.
This really does suck...

Bought as a gift for my sister in her compact house a small and powerful hoover was ideal. She has pets, so yes, the filtration and capabilities in terms of power were what she was looking for, and it did pick up her dog hair for a whole 4 months, and then it just gave up the ghost and died, never to be resurrected.

Now looking back on the hoover, against its replacement, it is poorly made, very lightweight and flimsy and the "bodywork" cracks easily if bumped into the wall or a chair or something as you're hoovering around.

Do yourself a favour and buy a Dyson instead, at least a Dyson is a bit more robust and you can actually get things repaired if they break - this is just disposable plastic rubbish with a big suction engine!!

I foolishly decided a great way to test out my new vacuum would be to clean the car out, as i thought it would be an easy task, but i simply can't express the frustration i felt as the task went on. WHY OH WHY is there NO medium sized brush. I had the option of the full on 'large brush'or the even larger 'Turbo Brush which as you can imagine is far too large, or the small 'crevice' tool for which the brush conveniently folded back in each time i tried to use it. Surely there has to be some middle ground, and would be useful for stuff like curtains and sofas (especially as its designed for pet hair)? Equally after grumbling is was about as powerful as breathing in throughout and being about to give up, i noticed when packing it away that theres a 'Min-Max' scroller on the bottom which arrives at 'Min'...What possible use could i have for that? When would i want to use the vacuum in a next to useless state? If they'd only used that pointless bit of plastic to create a useful extension then my rather funky looking appliance might actually be functional too.
On the plus side it's lightweight and easy to empty, it just might take you a while to fill it up.

Does what it says on the box! It's powerful, sucks up all those cat hairs and is a super little vac!! When you set it to max suction it's also great for drowning out the noise of 10 children having a party in another room!!
