I had done a lot of online research into buying a new vacuum cleaner and opted for a Dyson. I wanted one with a HEPA filter and was tired of my pull-along hoover. Amazon had by far the best price, almost £40 cheaper than anywhere else I had looked, and at £190 it wasn't ridiculously expensive.

Used it as soon as I got it !! It really is fantastic and my carpets look brand new, which considering they are five years old and I have a toddler running around is quite remarkable. It also cleans my laminate floor areas really well too.

There are only two problems. One is that it works so well that I am embarrassed by how much dirt has come out of my carpet. The other is that the charity edition is a v girly colour. So no chance of my hubby doing any more vacuuming !!! There are blue/turquoise or purple/lime versions for those who wish to share it with their partners , but I don't !!!

Lastly, just a quick word about Amazon. I ordered it on Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday before 11am. That was with the super saver delivery. I have ordered a few big items from Amazon now and they have never failed to impress me yet. I'm delighted.

This is my 1st Dyson that i have bought. The vacuum is great, i finally have carpets that look as if they have been vacuumed. I usually hate vacuuming, but i have to say, my new Dyson has changed my house cleaning habbits!

I love the colour, but what makes it even more special is that money is going towards a charity. I know CLIC is a very worthwhile charity as it supports children with cancer and leukaemia. I think it is great that the charity gets £10 for every one sold.
